We stand behind the quality of our Black Walnut & Cloves Softgels. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must provide your original order number.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with at least 50% of the capsules remaining.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Opened or used products that do not meet the return conditions.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or distributors.
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Subscription Orders:
If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel or modify future shipments at any time by managing your subscription in your account or contacting customer support. Refunds are only issued for the current shipment if a return is requested within the 30-day window.
