Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Applies to orders over $50 (Standard Shipping only)

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at an additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
